Thames Hospice Open Water Swim Challenge 2025

Details

Thames Hospice Open Water Swim in Bray Lake at the Hospice. Enter a 500m, 1km, 5km or 10km challenge either individually or as part of a team. This challenge is open to all swimmers whether you are a seasoned pro and can manage long distances or you have only swum in a pool before but always fancied dipping into open water.
For the safety of all involved, specific parameters are in place to participate in the 10 km individual distance. Please register your interest for the 10k swim at [email protected] and our events team will be in touch.
Timings:
• 5km individual swim & 10k teams : 7am registration for 7.30am start
• 5km teams: 7.30am registration for 8am start
• 500m individual swim waves* start from 8.30am registration for 9am start
• 1km individual swim waves* start from 9am registration for 9.30am start
*you will be sent your wave in a email once you have signed up
