Come join us for a relaxing evening of yoga, relaxation, Cacao by the fire pit with songs, angel cards and sharing, followed by a Sound bath with Rahanni Celestial healing to lull you to sleep...
We will wake shortly before sunrise and greet the sun in the park behind the studio with the option of joining in with some sun salutaions.
A little breakfast of yogurt, summer berries and nuts with herbal tea and circle gathering before heading home at 6am.
