The Most Perilous Comedie of Elizabeth I - Three Inch Fools Tour
The Three Inch Fools present a largely historical, totally hysterical, brand new Tudor comedie. Touring stately homes and gardens across the UK in 2025.
Elizabethan theatre is flourishing. But will a brand-new Tudor musical romp, in which Good Queen Bess takes to the stage herself, be the making of this heroine or spell the beginning of her downfall? The stage is set for regicidal rivalries, devious dramatics, and plotting playwrights. Beset by misunderstandings and ascript that...let’s just say...needs some work, this production promises to be largely historical, totally hysterical. As the old saying goes...thy show must go-eth on!

This performance in the garden of Court House, adjacent to The Great Barn will be a benefit for The Pump House Project and COGS, a local Faringdon community based charity. Picnics are welcome but all alcohol must be purchased from the bar on site.
This is a rural location and actively being rewilded in places, expect uneven surfaces and call ahead if we can help with access arrangements or answer any questions. Please respect this private garden and ancient National Trust site and remove your litter as you leave to protect both the landscape and wildlife. If you would like to learn more about the National Trust sites locally, Coleshill is just a few miles from the Great Barn and Badbury Clumps within walking distance if you wish to make an afternoon of it.
