This is a one hour FAMILY Active Games Session, held in the Main Hall at the Northcroft Leisure Centre, Newbury.
This activity is for children with additional needs who are aged 5 years to 18 years to attend
with
their parent/carer.
This is a fun and active session where the aim is to enjoy ourselves and have the opportunity to join in with something to burn off the excess physical energy!
The games are sports based but no sporting skills are required! We use lots of different equipment and plenty of creativity to bring interactive physical games to the session, where winning and losing aren't the main goal!
If you'd like to know more about our Active Games sessions (held at Northcroft weekly in term-time), you can visit our webpage:
Inclusive Active Games – Burn energy whilst having epic fun!
For this session parents/carers must remain in the hall with their child and we would
LOVE
you to join in too!
This is a chance to have a bit of fun together this summer and check out our Active Games session with your child - they might want to join the weekly club by themselves from September. (Please speak to a member of staff at the end of the session if your child is interesting in joining us from September).
**Please ensure both children and adults bring plenty of bottled water to drink**
Parents/carers MUST stay with their child in the hall at all times.
Children and young people with any additional need are welcome at this activity and siblings are welcome to book too. Children do not need any diagnosis to participate in our activities.
Please purchase ONE valid ticket PER CHILD and also select an ADULT ticket (free) so that we have the details of each person who will be attending.
You do not need to bring printed copies of your ticket(s).
ASD Family Help staff will be on hand to help welcome you all and host the session.
