Join Swing Dance Summertown for our Summer Term of Lindy Hop and Charleston classes. Get Ready for Summer by dancing. It gets you fit and makes you feel happy. Whether you are inspired by watching Strictly or just want to learn to dance with a partner, now is the perfect time to start dancing. Come and learn to Lindy Hop with Swing Dance Summertown. A night of Swing Classes for all levels with Beginners, Intermediate, Improver, Practice, Solo Jazz, Switch and Social Dancing all on the menu. This is a structured course for people who want to learn Lindy Hop from the absolute beginner level right the way up to expert levels. Join Chris and Lucy with the Summertown Gang to have fun as you learn to dance and discover the joy that Lindy Hop brings. Classes start at 7:30 every Wednesday at The Cherwell School, The Cherwell School South Site, Marston Ferry Road, Oxford, OX2 6UX. The costs are: £6 for members for a full night of dancing £10 for non members Special Taster offer for new dancers who want to try it out for the first time. Membership costs £30 for the year and entitles you to discounts on all our classes and social events. There is no need to book, just come and pay on the door.
