The check-in staff at night duty have no clue where the rooms are located, they just point the fingers towards a general direction. The concierge themselves got lost trying to locate the rooms! When you are tired & searching for your impossible-to-find rooms, do try to look at the ceiling for the directions, cause that's where they are! After that experience, the £4/- for the parking is not a value add.
Breakfast has great variety and you have a chef that makes your egg the way you prefer.
For conferences and events, the halls are amazing. A big thank you to Izabela, Sakib and Andrew for all the help and support throughout the days.
I will surely be back with my family.
Its not in the center but you can take Bus number 6 just outside of the hotel to the center. 15 to 20 min drive to Bicester Village.
In my opinion, hotels in the centre will be much smaller. You have got to choose what you want.
A special thank you to the night shift team at reception—Brendan, Manuja, and Sherol. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and approachable, leaving a truly great first impression. We even forgot our eyeglasses, and to our surprise, they returned them to us the very next day. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated!
The bartender also stood out for offering the right advice with excellent service—just what guests need to unwind.
Thank you all so much. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Staff are so friendly at checkin and in the restaurant.
