We then contacted Booking.com to request the refund, but even though the hotel had promised in writing to refund our payment, Booking.com informed us that the property had refused the refund. The hotel is not only very old and dirty, but the room was full of bedbugs. We trusted the hotel’s word and left immediately without insisting on a refund at that moment, but it seems they did not keep their promise, which shows they are not honest either. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star, let alone three.
Now, they don’t answer our calls or reply to our messages, and we are unable to reach them in any way. I will file complaints with all the relevant legal authorities until I receive my refund. I Will add all the photos And Videos of the bedbugs.
At the hotel, rooms are fitted with a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen and towels. The rooms will provide guests with a wardrobe and a kettle.

On my second night I returned back to the room without my keys and the owner came to my recuse at 2am! Absolute legend!
