Valley Farm is lovely friendly site,we had grass standing and electric hook up, (grass tended not to long),very clean site with new shower and toilets, waste disposal ,chemical toilet disposal. There are goats and donkeys to see which look very well cared for.The site has mature trees and bushes surrounding it and a wild flower area in the centre of the site. There is a road next to the site but it wasn't a problem.
They also have a food made on site ie pizza and different types of burgers but not all week
We will definitely be booking again it's a idyllic lovely site!!
The family run site is a perfect location if you wish to explore Oxford. The buses run everyday and it’s a 15-20 min journey. The two donkeys and 2 rescue sheep are right characters and love attention.
I agree that the water pipe could be placed better and gets muddy around the tap but it works!
The pressure for showers is also an issue if you go at peak times, but we learnt to go later so this wasn’t an issue for us.
The owners are so helpful and accommodating, we had originally booked for April but the weather was so awful we cancelled and moved to this weekend, this was no issue at all.
I have no doubt we will be back again!
