Super location and lovely decor. However, being a 5 star hotel I would expect features such as a bar, dinning area, restaurant etc, which this hotel has none of. Reception area is also very small. During the evening of our visit the lift broke and was out of service and we had to climb four flights of stairs (understandably these things do happen). But the next day we had to haul our luggage down the stairs from the fourth floor to reception on the first floor with no offers of help from any staff. The reception staff barely acknowledged us and watched us carry our heavy luggage down to the bottom floor. Bit shoddy service from a 5 start hotel.
