Really lovely little guest house in Oxford. Staff couldn't be more helpful, great location and rooms, fab breakfast. Definitely recommend.

What a great little hotel. The rooms were nicely equipped and clean and we really appreciated the AC with this heat wave. The service was exceptional and the included breakfast was delicious. We especially loved the homemade bread and French press coffee. Lamar was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable stay. Very good breakfast. Bus stop next to property. Easy access to patk and ride for F1. Lamar was an extremely gracious and knowledgeable host. He is very kind and went out of his way to make our stay memorable.

A five star service from this boutique hotel. Very clean, very courteous staff. Staff on duty at the breakfast table very friendly, courteous and very helpful with guided information if you want to plan your travel itenary for the day.

First time staying here as I often come to Summertown. What a gem! Off street parking with an electric car space. Lemar on the front desk and at breakfast is a true gent, nothing was any trouble. The rooms are beautiful, stunning bathroom. Even though my room was on the road side and it was windy, I could not hear a thing. No more local big chains for me. Thanks again Lemar for a great stay.

We called the hotel at 8pm last night to see if we could get a room, and we're greeted with a friendly voice and a booking for the night, in a great location. The room was well presented immaculately clean and very stylish. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and the homemade granola was delicious with the yoghurt. The staff were very kind and respectful. Nes was the icing on the cake... right man , right job.

Just had an overnight stay, my Wife was attending a function at Oxford University. Great place to stay, clean, comfortable, really friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great breakfast, good local restaurants, we ate at the New Dancing Dragon just down the road and it was lovely. Easy access to Oxford, good local shops etc. Highly recommended.

Good spot for Oxford visit,. Great freshly cooked breakfast.
Bus stop only yards away and bus times really good both ways
Room on the small side and in a separate annex, but as only for 1 night not really a problem
Also free parking which for Oxford is a real bonus
