The pizza wasn't cooked properly the onions pepper and chicken wasn't cooked properly but seemed like it was boiled, the staff weren't helpful at all when I called.

Pizza arrived late and cold, absolutely shocking and rude customer service! was told not their problem and then he hung up on me when I asked for his name. Would give zero if I could.

We like the food and service and the way they make the pizzas through the viewing panel. The only thing is that there is no seat for us while waiting.

Went in at lunch time for a small pizza. No other customers, so had a chat with the guy that was working. He explained how the oven worked and how they aim to get a pizza made, cooked and delivered inside 30 minutes. He was really friendly and quite enthusiastic about pizza. Pizza was delicious and only 3.99 so a real lunchtime bargain. I will definitely return.

Made both pizzas wrong, missing dips, an extra long wait the app said it had been delivered around 30mins before it actually arrived and barely warm may I add. We ordered the BBQ chicken and the chicken mushroom and PESTO. CAN YOU TELL WHAT'S MISSING? This is no good and with the other reviews I've read I don't think I'll ever be ordering from this branch maybe even the whole chain ((edit) soooooo I just noticed look in the bottom corner of the box with the mushrooms on the pizza what a nice thing to find in your food box an f-ing hair)

I would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered from here before and it was fine when I got a delivery.

But I walked in there for a collection and the experience was absolutely horrendous.

I said hello, the guy at the till ignored me and talked to his colleague. They keep talking. After 2-3 minutes I step to the counter and say, can I order or you going to keep ignore me? The guy said they are dealing with something.

Fair enough but what's stopping him to say hello?

While I was waiting they were dealing with another complaint apologising to that customer.

When they finished dealing with that complaint, they started shouting at each other arguing whos fault was.

Funny thing, there's a sign on the door "polite notice, please customers keep the noise to a minimum" while these 4 guys shouting at each other the whole time I waited there.

Then I get my pizza, say thank you and leave. I got home and realise these petty people have filled the pizza with chilly peppers.

Honestly, if this is the level of customer service they are able to give they should go do something else.

Disgusted. I'll get all of my friends to review this place 😂 I can be petty too. And report them.

Second time ordering from here, first time the pizza turned up warm but tried it again because dominos don't do half and half. Ordered and the dips were wrong and no ice cream. Called and they arranged an Uber to bring the missing bits. Checked the pizza and it was luke warm again. Called again to complain (politely) and didn't even get an apology, had to ask for an apology. Got a sorry eventually. All in all very disappointing, just waiting for my pizza to finish cooking in the oven now! I'd give 0 stars if I could. Avoid avoid avoid.

Missed a whole topping on my pizza which was barely covered with toppings. Didn’t have the time to call the store at 21:00.
After a long day and me just wanting to relax and enjoy just that last hour of the day, I get presented with a bs pizza.. an absolute waste of time and money.
Adding to the list of pizza places where I will never eat again, alongside Domino’s

This is hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! The pepperoni and chicken toppings were absolutely delicious, and the thin crust was perfectly crispy. Plus, the pizza arrived piping hot in just 20 minutes. Highly recommend !
