The service and food quality was absolutely piss poor.
The delivery of our food was over 2 and a half hours late.
After we had been waiting for an hour over our stated delivery time, we called to find out what was causing the delay and was told that the food was 10 minutes away.
An hour after this, we called again to be told the driver had just left and we would have our food in 5 minutes - it took a further half an hour to arrive.
When the food eventually arrived, it was poor quality.
The chips were cold and soggy, we ordered a BBQ wrap instead was given a spicy wrap and the "Chicken strips" were a poor excuse for a McDonald's chicken nugget.
When we called again to inform the restaurant, the staff member was rude and dismissive and offered no solution.
We eventually received a call from who I assume was the manager, offereing to resend our food out to us, but would not accept our request for a refund - we didn't accept a second order.
All in all, shoddy service and shoddy food qaulity. As an alternative, I would recommend Oxford Kebab house or Pepe's Piri Piri.
Incidently three of our group opted to order from Oxford Kebab house and their food came 30 minutes early and was very good quality.
Needless to say we won't be ordering from there again.
