Shortly after, somebody else came to the phone who took our order with no trouble, and made no comment about a poor signal.
On collection of the food, and when we confronted the man at the till about our phone call, he had a sheepish expression and replied the person who spoke to us ‘can’t hear very well’.
After that frustrating and awkward encounter we collected our food which was mediocre. Prawns were overcooked and lacked flavour. The duck/pork fried rice was also very fatty. And the Kung Pao chicken was insanely sweet, when it’s supposed to be spicy.
Food was mediocre. I won’t be returning.
