Came for something to eat and was amazed at what it looked like inside! Much better laid out and everything seems cleaner and tidier. Hand sanitisers everywhere too. Shop was busy, but the staff managed to be polite and serve with a hidden smile. (Cashier Zane did make us laugh and was very polite and helpful in advising about bedding!!)
Staff are always seen rushing around cleaning and wearing their masks properly. Table got cleaned twice, even before we got our food.
Restaurant was a little bit slow as the server had to make coffee and serve and send orders. He definitely had his work cut out for him! Kit an issue as we weren’t in a rush.
Food was fresh and well presented. Tasted very good too. Not a place I would normally come to but glad I did.

Will definitely come here again. 👍🏽👍🏽

I am trying to buy 34” trousers. Possibly the most in demand size and you have none.

When I ask. The answer is, ‘No idea when they’ll be back in stock’.

As the entrepreneur once said, ‘I am trying to give you my money!’.

Do better M&S. you once set the benchmark.

Absolute chaos in the food hall today as the contactless went down . Lots of busy people grafting and about 4 managers dotted around doing bugger all ! It looked so unprofessional and the way one in particular was talking down to one of the girls was appalling! Horrible vibe in there , no team work

Bad customer experience- rude and unhelpful sales assistant who blamed me for a barcode missing on a product. Such a shame to see a British heritage brand being run like this. Customer service as John Lewis is much better.

Everytime I go beforehand, I use the app to make a list using the available products. This hasn’t happened at other stores, such as the Oxford Station one. I get to the shop, and none of these products are available. Either they aren’t being replenished, or they don’t even have a place on the shelf. Having the app and an ‘availability’ feature feels entirely futile and a waste of time when I have to suddenly alter all my food plans and budget because of products being unavailable. This is extremely disruptive, especially to people who utilise the app as a way to improve personal accessibility in-store due to disability.

However, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. It is unfair for staff to have these complains placed on them, when it is clearly a communication issue that they have no control over.
