The chilli chicken wings barely had any sauce on it ..not worth the price and the peri peri fries were plain fries with bare minimum peri peri topping on it . Its a waste of money. Very much disappointed.

Okay, the service wasn’t top speed. That’s fine, I chat in the mean time. Quality of the chicken burger? Absolutely clucking phenomenal. Perfect amount of mayo and lettuce ratio, with crunchy, moist chicken fillet (fantastic coverage) between two soft buns.

A memorable experience. One for the Oxford tour guide bucket list, maybe?

I ordered grilled chicken wings meal and my chicken was pink inside and when you chewed it you could tell it was still raw.So you know you can kill someone with raw chicken?! This is appalling! I want my refund! I called the shop and they said they can’t do anything as they can’t re deliver. I asked to speak to the supervisor and the person who answered told me the supervisor is arriving after 1am after the store shuts and I should raise it with Uber eats and then hang up on me. I tried to call again and my call was ignored.

Fries are the best but for £7.75 your now giving half a bag of chips and the 5hot wings tasted under done and like uncooked flour not only did the have zero flavour they were cold as an old ladies hands at a bus stop on a winters day. Cc used to be my fave treat every few months because the hot wings were hot and seasoned. Also the manager is just faffing around causing the new guy stress over packing fries and and chicken. Leave him alone to do his job your making him take orders wrong and making him anxious and nervous. Lastly manger atleast give customers a smile or something. Ridiculous prices poor service food quality plummeted and customer service is utter crap. When the manager is there. The normal staff are sooo super friendly though!. Do better ir reduce your prices for the reduced quality.
