Overall a great shape with a really good selection of home products as well as food, sadly they've closed their changing rooms which really puts you off buying clothes here as you can't try them on, I hope they reopen them, as I love Sainsbury's clothes!

Shocking disabled person was bullied in the car park for parking there even tho it's for disabled people too when they spoke to sainsburys. sainsburys staff did nothing. Would never go to a store that allows that kind of things happen.

Used the automated checkout _ hand held scans for second time - the whole experience was intimidating and time consuming! Another customer had to show me how to start, then at checkout, pandemonium! I couldn't checkout, my stuff was checked, one lettuce turned out hadn't scanned in, so my whole shopping unloaded and re-scanned by staff ... who asked me to Repack it to save her time! Two items she didn't want me to Repack/ didn't scan for her so had to unpack whole bag in search of a
cauliflower and pepper ... finally after long delay let out feeling horrible. Never again! PLEASE bring back more proper checkouts- and jobs for checkout staff!
