So delicious, it’s pure quality food and very authentic. Everything I ordered was cooked at such a high standard. Best takeaway in Oxford that I’ve ever had. I’d give it more stars if I could, I wish I had discovered this place earlier especially when it’s just down the road from me!

First time ordering from Dutch N' Such and I had such high hopes after reading lots of positive reviews. Unfortunately my goat meat was mostly full of fat and, along with the curry sauce, needed more salt/flavour. The dumplings tasted a bit doughy with a "funny" aftertaste, as if too much baking powder had been added and I prefer them slightly sweet - just personal preference. I only ate half of one and threw the other 4 away. The plantain was slightly undercooked and not ripe enough. The positives for me was that the order was delivered promptly and the portion size was good, hence the 2 stars. I won't be ordering again and feel like I've wasted my money. The only time I have really good, tasty Caribbean food in the UK is in London, unless I cook it myself, so I guess I'm back to those options again.

Ordered on the JUST EAT APP after I had been tipped off by a friend who use to get his Jamaican food from D&S, when they were based in the BBL community centre, now relocated to the Temple Bar in Cowley Centre.
I ordered the D&S meal, which was 4 chicken tenders on a bed of rice & peas with some sliced fried plantain on the top. Plus the mac & cheese, & also the JERK SAUCE (tasted like reggae reggae sauce to me).
The delivery was bang on time 5pm, with the food still hot 🔥. There was loads, easily enough for 2 people. The chicken tenders (four) were so nice, with the jerk sauce. Went well with the rice & peas. The mac n cheese was out of this world!! A meal in itself and easily the best m&c I've ever had as far as West Indian food is concerned!! Will definitely be using again and may try something different from the menu next time ? Plenty left over for another meal 2mr!! Really pleased with food & service. A solid 8/10 from me.

You know the ‘mini’ option? The one that goes for about £9.50? Yeah, it’s actually such a decent portion! It’s much bigger than I anticipated and I had to put my hand for scale. This is such an Incredible bargain, I can hardly believe it! Got some sides and totalled to about £22 on Deliveroo plus. So worth it, I highly recommend!

Patty was poor. Miles off any sense of authenticity. No spice at all, no flavour so no seasoning! good pastry but that was all. They buy them in not homemade but Im only writing a review because it was made so much worse by the fact I mentioned it politely and was told you won’t find a better patty than that unless you go yard aka Jamaica. My word. You can get a better patty than that in Morrisons never mind literally any decent Caribbean takeaway in the uk. Better to not sell parties if the other food is good then than buy in that bland mushy stuff
