Frozen foods could taste the frost burn. 2 gulps over priced smoothie. Half our table actually got service. Forced for half our table to get drinks from Costa then all demanded to leave because off it. Very rude direct staff. And told you don't like it go else where. Happy to. Never coming back thank you.
