Their pizza is a particular highlight, with the dough undergoing a 36-hour fermentation process before it's ready to be enjoyed. The passion for authentic Italian extends beyond the main courses. Italiamo Trattoria serves Julius Meinl Italian roast coffee, a brand not commonly found elsewhere in Oxford. Having successfully run their coffee shop for five years, the owners are excited to bring their culinary vision to a full restaurant setting. They've even applied for a pavement licence, hoping to create a lovely al fresco atmosphere for enjoying a drink with a cheese and meat board as summer approaches.
