I have been getting food from solo when it was a kart on Iffley Road to now a restaurant in St Clement’s Street. It is such an amazing place for food even I’m not Arabic with cheap prices, very student friendly when I want some good and cheap alternatives to college food. I’m very happy that they made it into a restaurant with more options available now.

Edit: just tried the broasted chicken yesterday — it is amazing!!! Even the chicken breast is so juicy!! The cheese sambousek is also good!

I tried this restaurant on their opening day, and had to keep coming back! Fantastic food. The place is clean, and welcoming. I believe it's the only place where you can eat Syrian style dishes made accurately. the prices are reasonable and affordable for the area. Keep up the good work as you will only get busier

Lovely and respectful customer service.
Brought some fried chicken and chips along with some chicken shawarma. Hummus and flatbread were lovely, really enjoyed it.
Food was tasty, lovely & amazing. 😋
Definitely will go again, price is decent for good food. Would recommend for sure 😀.

Delicious and high quality Syrian food. Genuinely some of the best food I’ve ever eaten!! The shawarma platter is crazy good and the way the bread is grilled before they wrap the meat in it is gonna make u question every shawarma wrap u ever ate before this one! The broasted chicken and crinkle chips is next level!Go go go!!

Came here just as it re-opened for the soft opening… Simply the best fried chicken I’ve had in the United Kingdom. So fresh, crispy and juicy. All for a very fair price. There is no where else you can get it like this. The owner Hassan is very friendly and takes care of his customers.
