Frankie & Benny's

This was my first visit and I have been very impressed by everything. There were plenty of choices on the menu without it being overwhelming and the food was delicious. Staff were attentive without hovering. My only suggestion would be to offer sorbet as a dessert offering to have something slightly lighter after a main meal,.but otherwise an excellent experience. Thankyou

Average, pretty much sums it up.

Personally, I have never actually been to a Frankie and Benny's before. We saw the 'all-inclusive offer' advertising unlimited food from a select menu, for £19.95 per person.

We made a booking and arrived, the car park was plenty big enough so don't worry about space. Inside was very quiet and there were not many customers but the atmosphere was nice.

At the time to order, we chose a few menu items and they came fairly quickly. I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and my partner ordered the House Mac'N'Cheese. The portion size of my spaghetti was actually too big and there was probably almost a whole pack of spaghetti in the bowl which left me feeling almost full for anything else and it tasted quite bland too.

The House Mac'N'Cheese we ordered was too salty but the portion size was good.

The house fries were tasty and crispy and the garlic bread was average but didn't have much taste and was a bit chewy.

Eventually, we then got to place another order so went for the pepperoni pizza and a BBQ chicken pizza, with some more sides. I had an orange cordial to drink which was included and my partner had Fanta. The pizza arrived but took a little while as other tables had started to arrive but when I got it, the dough was very thick and hard to eat and it didn't taste that good. The BBQ Chicken pizza that my partner ordered she said had chewy chicken that wasn't tasty at all.

We then ordered one more side of fries and had then finished at that point. The service was average throughout and then I went to pay the bill, which was as expected.

Overall, the visit wasn't bad but at the same time it wasn't good. Nothing really stood out for us and even with the promotion, I never really felt amazed and provided that it was my first visit, I've left feeling that now I have tried it, I don't need to go back. I wouldn't discourage others from going but just found the food wasn't really that impressive.

As mentioned before, we did the £19.95 per head offer and calculated after that our food and drink bill full price would have been approximately £104! I was definitely shocked at that because I certainly wouldn't have been happy if I'd have paid that for the food that we got. The toilets were clean and tidy and the opening hours of the restaurant were good.

I'd give it three stars and probably wouldn't recommend it to friends or family, again - not because it was bad but simply that it didn't really impress us or exceed our expectations.

We had a lovely experience at Frankie & Benny’s. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special mention goes to Sierra, who was absolutely lovely and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for helping make our meal so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

Poppy our server was brilliant. We came in as a large group of 16 and have couldn't have been more accommodating. Food and drink were great, service was quick and friendly. Defo recommend.

Really friendly & fast service. Matt looked after us really well and even offered us suggestions on the brunch menu. And brilliant value and quality food. My beef brisket was delicious

Parking was available just across the road, I'm assuming it may be difficult to park on match days. Dont forget to input your registraton on the tablet when you arrive or you may get a fine. The gentlemen working when we visited were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the history of F&B and the dishes. Food was served quickly and was fresh and tasty. Toilets are easily accessible on ground level.

Particularly because of Caludio because he did all that he could to make my elderly Mum feel good about her chopping and changing the menu. Really lovely waitering. Thank you.

The spaghetti carbonara was very good. Hot, tasty and a really good example of this dish.

Visited this America influenced Italian diner. Located at Oxford Leisure Park. The best part is plenty of free parking available for customers visiting the restaurant. Food is on expected taste and portions are decent. Gets busy in peak days and hours. Worthing booking reservation. Value for money.

We have wasted 34£ on this food. I have attached the pizza photos below. My husband waited there for 40 minutes and we are getting this type of food. Half burnt and do you call this margarita pizza? I can’t believe.
Thats really not at all good.

Staff super friendly but food (sharer) was cold and onion rings undercooked/bland. Shame. Pizza and burger not bad. We arrived at 8:30 pm when kitchen closed at 9pm. Toilets on ground floor (whole restaurant is). Enter car registration on tablet for free parking.
