Food is not bad... but there was some mis communication. I asked cook more a slice of meat but they brought me back low quality of it. I mean not exactly same meat.
Even the staff was not professional, hopefully there will be better service.

We had a good meal here but it wasn't amazing. The staff were polite and attentive but did feel a little inexperienced at times.

The food was good quality but I felt the steak I ordered was not perfectly cooked.

The atmosphere was a little flat but perhaps that was because it was not particularly busy.

They were refusing walk ins on the evening we visited, which was unexpected when they were not full.

A meal for two with drinks was just shy of £80, which for that value you expect quite fine dining.
However, the food here left much to be desired. The brioche bun on the burger wasn't great, it tasted like it was from a packet. The cheese was rather like plastic too.
My partner's steak was too rare at first, but the serving staff kindly took it away, and it came back to her liking.
The drinks were nice, no complaints there, and the staff were friendly, but we expected more from the food from that price point.

We had the pleasure of being served by our lovely waiter Digambar when we visited the restaurant this evening. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional.

He made us feel so welcome and the food was great. It’s not often you come across genuine customer service.

Thank you for helping make my birthday celebration so special. It was a pleasure having you as our waiter, and we hope to see you again on our next visit! 😊

I was given a voucher for My birthday which included the tomahawk steak. A £70 bit
Of steak which my husband and I thought would be beautiful.
We asked for it to be medium instead it was mainly rare. It was chewy and fatty. Which we did not expect from a £70 bit of steak.
For my dessert I had a crème brûlée which was nice but the raspberries used as garnish had mould on it and when I said to the waitress she said she would tell the kitchen.
When we asked for the bill and commented on the fact that the raspberries were mouldy she was like well you don’t have much service charge ( this was because we had a voucher so they couldn’t charge us more service) to be the reason she couldn’t take any money of our bill.
All in all considering this was supposed to be a nice meal for me and the hubby away from the children I was totally unimpressed.
