Cassie went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect, offering great recommendations and making sure our drinks were always topped up without us even needing to ask. Her knowledge of the menu and ability to handle a busy service with ease was seriously impressive. It’s rare to come across someone so naturally skilled in customer service, and she is a real credit to the pub.
