This popular village spot combines the welcoming atmosphere of a traditional pub with the distinct flavours of Nepalese and Indian cuisine. You can anticipate a menu filled with age-old recipes, from spiced Sheek Kebabs and classic curries to authentic Nepalese specialities like Momos (steamed dumplings) and Gorkhali Chicken. I ate here last night (group of 5 of us) and we had a completely delicious meal!

From the delicate onion bhajis to the rich, fiery, lamb dish we tried, I can honestly say everything we had was beautifully spiced and flavoured.

The manager was also really friendly and warm, and we are now concocting our next excuse to come back…

Top, top place.

The restaurant is on outskirts of Oxford. The map does mention Inn as the address and the entry for restaurant is through the bar. The owners are Nepalese and are very welcoming and courteous. We visited on Friday evening. Seems to be very busy for delivery orders. We had to wait for 35 to 45 mins for main course. Food is nice. Presentation is good. Hygiene is very well maintained. Do recommend to visit for genuine South East Asian food. Grill and curry items are a must try.

Utterly tasty curries. Had the buffet . Selection of lamb, chicken and vegetarian dishes, with fresh naan and rice. Kept going back for more. Would recommend.

First time having a meal here, definitely won’t be the last. A fantastic welcome by all staff, really went above and beyond as it was my mum in laws 85 birthday. They gave us a free starter to share and at the end of the meal bought out a desert with a candle for my mum in law, all singing happy birthday. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing, the best Indian meal we’ve had in a long time. Thank you to all staff and compliments to the chef/chefs 👌

Just had a fantastic meal at the Gurkha Palace. If you plan to visit look out for the Cheques pub, the restaurant is in the rear part of the building. I can’t understand why it wasn’t busier (Thursday night). Parking is easy and there were lots of tables free. I’m sure if it was busy I would have scored them 5 for atmosphere.
