Delicious food! Really helpful service too - I'm coeliac and we were directed to options on the menu with less risk of cross-contamination. We enjoyed everything hugely - we will absolutely be coming back next time we're in Oxford! Thank you so much for a lovely lunch :)

One of the best restaurant I have been to in Oxford, I had dosa and it was so authentic,the service was extremely nice the staff members are very polite and helpful plus the food preparation and time was too well. I had an amazing experience here and would definitely suggest people about this place the drink , food ,staff and the over all ambience is excellent.

We stopped for lunch having been impressed by the look of the building and the menu displayed outside.
We were greeted warmly, shown to a table and given time to study the menu.
We both chose Sadhya dishes, a chicken and a vegan option with a potato and spinach side dish. At £8 each the Sadhya option was incredible value and generously portioned.
Both dishes arrived at the table hot, smelling wonderful and looking delicious.
The flavours were balanced beautifully and everything tasted incredible. The taste, quality of the food and price point were astonishingly impressive as was the friendly, inviting and efficient service.
Our next visit to Oxford will definitely include a return for lunch at this foodie paradise.

A truly wonderful dining experience! The ambience was warm, elegant, and perfectly set the mood for a relaxing evening. From the soft lighting to the tasteful decor, every detail made the place feel special. The atmosphere alone is enough to make you want to come back again and again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great vibes along with their meal!

Booked for husbands 40th Birthday. Lovely cosy atmosphere and attentive waiting staff. Great range of bespoke cocktails that went really well with the food. We had Sambar Vada and Onion Bhaji to start. We tried the walnut and honey dosa which was lovely, although the plain one was really great too, as so well made. Lamb and Eggplant curries each had their own specific flavourings. Potatoes were a tiny bit bland and we wished we'd tried something else instead, but they weren't bad at all. Overall everything was mildly spiced but really delicious. We also had dessert, my first time trying Halwa and it was a perfect finish to the meal. Would definitely book again. Would be a good place to visit with people with differing dietary requirements as there's something for everyone.

We had a great experience at this South Indian restaurant. The masala dosa with sambar was a highlight, the sambar had an authentic South Indian flavor that really stood out. We also tried the Kadhai paneer; the paneer was fresh, and the spice level was spot on. We tried the lamb rolls as well though different from traditional Indian rolls, they were flavorful and definitely worth a try. The star of the meal was the Malabar parotta crispy, fluffy, and the perfect match for the paneer. A truly satisfying and flavorful dining experience. A perfect place to dine if looking for South Indian cuisine.

This was my first time having dosa… I was really happy. The dosa had a very comforting flavour, and it paired very nicely with the coconut chutney. The curries were good: not as much of a flavour bomb as north indian curries, but this is something I appreciated as you could taste the meat. The samosas were excellent. In general the portions were a bit small for the price. My only nit: I felt like the curries were lacking in salt.

Everything about this place was excellent!

We had a full vegetarian dinner - ordered the plain dosa, masala dosa and idly - it was so delicious authentic and tasted exactly like what I used to have growing up in India many years ago. The mango lassi was so refreshing :D

My pictures dont do this place justice😅

The atmosphere was also so stunning :) very beautifully furnished, decorated and romantic, perfect for a date night.

Service was excellent! Friendly, speedy and attentive :)

Highly recommend this place if you are in the area

Stumbled across Dosa whilst on a trip to Oxford as it was close to where we were staying & I am so glad we did! The food was incredible, lots of vegan options & really reasonably priced. I had the Mango Kari with Rice which was amazing, a lil spicy but so many flavours. Could not fault the service, such lovely people & they surprised me with a little vegan cake as they had noticed on my reservation it had been my birthday the day before - such a lovely touch 🩷
