Everytime I go beforehand, I use the app to make a list using the available products. This hasn’t happened at other stores, such as the Oxford Station one. I get to the shop, and none of these products are available. Either they aren’t being replenished, or they don’t even have a place on the shelf. Having the app and an ‘availability’ feature feels entirely futile and a waste of time when I have to suddenly alter all my food plans and budget because of products being unavailable. This is extremely disruptive, especially to people who utilise the app as a way to improve personal accessibility in-store due to disability.

However, the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. It is unfair for staff to have these complains placed on them, when it is clearly a communication issue that they have no control over.
