I am extremely unhappy with an order I just placed with you. It was nearly £100, not only is one of the items faulty but customer service is terrible. I have emailed using [email protected], emailed on your own site and I keep getting emails being sent back as failed. I have tried phoning the number on your site but noone answers, I have tried numbers that Google say are alternatives but again noone answers. The crest glass tumbler that I received was a glass with a hanging off sticker. This is a faulty item as the glass is not fit for purpose. The sticker is hanging off and the glass cannot be used. I am not paying to return the glass in order to get a refund. My statutory rights say that I don't have to pay for a return if the item is faulty/not fit for purpose. I want a refund - I have attach at photo of the glass - which was £12
