I trained with Martin for years. Initially, I had planned to do 6 months to get in training for a 400 km bike challenge, but I enjoyed our sessions and the results so much that I just kept going.
He has a wealth of knowledge that is applied to your own situation and circumstances, and he kept me accountable.

I had a great time training with Martin. He knows his stuff and we always have a laugh. When I pulled my back he adapted my work outs. He has sound nutritional advice and understands that every so often you need a beer and a takeaway. Would 100% recommend.
