It was a bit confusing,i had my theory booked at 6pm bit online was showing its until 5pm.i got a lift , so I wasn't sure he has to wait for me or he can go.so I was on the phone when entering in the room .
I understand no mobile phones are allowed ,I trued to explain why I was on the phone , the receptionist guy was kinda rude , didn't even wanted to listen.
I understand he was doing his job but it can be done in a nicer manner !
The other older man was nice, the place was also clean.
