My Italian student went to return an item at this shop, as she bought a jumper that was too large for her, and she was only allowed to exchange rather than get a refund. My student was very disappointed as there was nothing else in the shop she wanted and the jumper was an expensive £25. I appreciate it's up to the shop to decide whether or not they want to exchange or refund, but I thought their exchange only policy is poor, given many other shops will refund.
