A Big thank you to SAMWISE GARRARD and Oxford Bus Company training. I’ve just passed my test and can’t say how grateful I am for all your hard work and support you gave me. You’re so easy to get on with, very patient and professional at all times. I really enjoyed my course and I would highly recommend your school to anyone who’s looking for driving a bus . Once again, BIG BIG THANK YOU!

Far better than stagecoach Oxford, busses actually arrive and are mainly on time. Drivers are not arrogant and don’t have some silly attitude like with stagecoach. Buses are quick and get you to your location on time safely. I would definitely recommend Oxford bus company if you’re traveling around Oxford.

The 11x is the most unreliable service. Sometimes you have to wait 40-60 minutes waiting for the 11x bus. Unfortunately many people who work in this area rely on this service to get to Oxford city center.

I rarely write a review, much less a negative one, but I urge this company to please consider the importance of this service and increase the frequency or at least ensure that these buses are scheduled on a regular basis. This issue has been going on for years now.

I recently used the Oxford bus company to get from Heathrow airport to Oxford and it was a really pleasant journey.

Bus was on time, driver was friendly and helpful.
After loading on your luggage, they scan your ticket QR code and you’re off. All of this was a 5minute process to get all the passengers loaded on.

Pretty much a luxury bus with heating (I did the trip in winter).
Toilet on the bus if you need. All seats have a usb charging port.

Seats are fairly roomy.
Time indications of journey on the website are fairly accurate.

The only downside was that the website promises free WiFi on board but there was no WiFi. Hope they resolve the issue as there is also no on board entertainment (tv/radio).

The bus trip to Oxford from Heathrow is a lot more convenient (especially if you have luggage) as it’s direct from the airport to Oxford. The train requires you to make 1 change.
