Bus was on time, driver was friendly and helpful.
After loading on your luggage, they scan your ticket QR code and you’re off. All of this was a 5minute process to get all the passengers loaded on.
Pretty much a luxury bus with heating (I did the trip in winter).
Toilet on the bus if you need. All seats have a usb charging port.
Seats are fairly roomy.
Time indications of journey on the website are fairly accurate.
The only downside was that the website promises free WiFi on board but there was no WiFi. Hope they resolve the issue as there is also no on board entertainment (tv/radio).
The bus trip to Oxford from Heathrow is a lot more convenient (especially if you have luggage) as it’s direct from the airport to Oxford. The train requires you to make 1 change.
