We visited on a Saturday before Christmas and it was understandably busy but the store is small so it isn’t the easiest to navigate. However the decor is spot on and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. All of the merchandise (that we saw) is fully licensed so whilst some of it is a bit pricey (think theme park gift shop prices) it is accurate and of a good quality. There’s plenty to keep the average Potterhead happy. Great window display as well.
