Parking eye is a joke and an absolute money scam. The signage is poor and for infrequent visitors easy to miss/forget. If you fail to enter your reg in any of the hidden terminals you're slapped with a fine. Appealing is a waste of time, even if you prove correct use of the facilities within the 4hour parking period you are still ordered to pay.

What is the directive of Parking Eye? To ensure correct use of the parking facilities? No, it's to catch users of the facilities out and line their pockets. Scum.

Greedy guts squeezing money out of folk. Jokers.

The lights don’t turn off in the cinema when watching a horror movie. We paid £9 for vip tickets and the manager doesn’t want to hear us out. We are a group of 6 students and completely alone in the theatre. The least they could have done is worked with us and turn off the light to have a proper movie experience. Very disappointing and dissatisfying.

The picture below was how visible the lights were during the film.

I will never come here again with such a horrible experience.

we watched two movies at the Vue cinema yesterday and had an amazing experience. we booked through the O2 priority, which made it somewhat difficult to redeem the ticket as we had to read the codes out multiple times the girl behind the till, however, was lovely and super accommodating to us. I wish they had some more gluten-free options available despite this I enjoyed some chocolate whilst watching the films in very comfortable seats. we went for the regular option and sat near the back and found this very suitable for us.

AVOID! I have received a £100 fine despite no signs on parking, online saying it is free and staff in the cinema letting me know I was fine to park there with my blue badge. Just ridiculous when the car park is in the absolute middle of nowhere and hardly a tourist hot spot.

The place has a depressing atmosphere. Worse you now have to register in the cinema to get four hours free parking. £100 fine if you don’t. There is no signage warning about this, no advice from anybody in the cinema and no notices anywhere that I could see. This time of year it is particularly difficult because it’s dark and often raining. Beware!
