After my first visit, I decided to give this place a second chance, which was stupid.
My first experience was on a busy morning, massive crowd at the front desk waiting to be seen while a young girl rushed between lanes, bar and the front desk. Bless her heart, trying to do everything at once. Only after twenty minutes after I arrived did someone else show up, possibly the manager since they came out of what looked like the office. Food service was on so I suspect someone was in the kitchen if you know it's going to be a busy morning, at least have a few more staff on.
My second visit wasn't as bad, actually had a great time on the lanes, a few more staff, some were friendly and service was quick. Yet I noticed a few staff standing around and chatting, talking about 'useless' teammembers and making fun of customers, what sort of things are these people being trained to do? Not once did I see the manager tell them to go back to work while other staff were running around doing their jobs as well, even worse that the manager was stood with them and laughing.
Machines always out of order, swallowing money or not giving the right tickets. Coins always getting stuck on the slots by the front door because they clearly haven't been fixed in ages based on the bent metal that the coins are supposed to go down.
