Well first off ask the timeframe and plan from there. I have used their service for over 2 years to Heathrow and Gatwick. Yes, it takes time so pick up the phone and ask them how long! I have never had a bus late to leave or late to pick me up. If you have time, it’s worth the savings over a taxi.
