I don't know about the gym or other facilities here but the swimming pool and has been in rapid decline since I started attending lane swimming nearly 2 years ago. Firstly, the changing rooms are disgusting, with brown water and hair all over the floor, the cubicles are never cleaned and the whole place permanently smells of pee. Secondly the pool itself is full of hairs and always far too warm. They also stopped putting Lane ropes in the pool, so you get 2 lanes and the rest of the pool is a mess of people not knowing where to swim. Several times people have requested to put in more lane ropes but have been ignored. Thirdly, I used to go quite often but they recently started taking off the times I used to go at and cancelling my reservations in the last minute. I am going to cancel my membership because I haven't been able to go in weeks
