I was locked in the car park after dropping my son off to the nursery next door, I had to rush off to my daughter’s hospital appointment (17 months old). They were no help, and was more interested in ‘how I got into the car park’ rather than helping rectify the situation. I accessed the car park as the gates were open. I had no knowledge of the fact that parents were unable to use the car park for just 2 minutes to drop off the children to the nursery. They refused to unlock the gate although they were the ones who locked it in the first place, and insisted I then had to go contact the nursery instead.
This is a small nursery which have better things to do without me bothering them to simply put in a code to the gate to unlock it- when Michelle and Debbie could have easily done so. They refused to do this- just to be difficult.
I had waited 8 months for this particular appointment for my daughter at the JR, which was then cancelled and I have no idea when it’ll be rebooked.
Michelle in particular was very unpleasant and was repeatedly coming very close to me.
They could have simply told me of the rules, and unlocked the gate.
