First of all, i complained about the pizza and the only solution he said was, i had to make my own way down to the shop,so he could view it, even though i had pictures to show it.
The pizza got damaged in delivery.
I made a comment of "off tomatos"
It came with tomato's.
He said "they're was no comments"
So it was his word against my mine...
No solution made.
If you dont have a transportation DONT ORDER JUST INCASE YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK.
Curry sauce had no flavour.
Pre heated chips.
Chicken was dry.
On a positive a note, the garlic mushroom and onion rings was passable.
I will not be ordering from this shop.
On the bright side, the Coke was excellent… mainly because they didn’t have to cook it.
Safe to say we won’t be coming back.
I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This was hands down the most disgusting takeaway food I have ever tasted in my life. The meat tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting around for far too long. The whole meal was completely flavourless and bland no seasoning, no freshness, just awful from the first bite.
To make matters worse, they didn’t even get my order right. It’s frustrating enough paying for food that tastes bad, but when they can’t even manage to prepare the correct order, it just shows a total lack of care and professionalism.
I paid nearly £9 for this, £9 I never get BACK which is unbelievable considering the quality. It genuinely felt like a waste of money. I couldn’t even finish the meal because it was that bad. I’m shocked that this place is even allowed to operate serving food of that standard.
Without a doubt the worst takeaway shop in Oxford. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place and spend their money somewhere that actually values quality and customer service. Never again.
My brother in law treated us today and I went for a large donner kebab and most of the family went for wraps and chicken burger.
The food was average , don’t think they can match Birmingham’s donner but I still enjoyed my meal even though it was quite a large portion and left half of it for breakfast tomorrow . Also the ladies all said the bun for their cheese burger was a bit damp , soggy ; most likely from the vinegar on the fries.
