The guy who took my order was rude. When I specifically asked for a Matcha latte with coconuy, he gave me a latte. I then went to politely tell me the order was wrong. He didn’t apologise, but instead said “thats not what I heard”. He wasn’t offering if I wanted a new drink which I would’ve paid for again. Instead, he kept claiming thats not what i ordered. Clearly the staff need better customer service training. Also i’m allergic to diary milk so if i had drunk the latte, it wouldn’t have been great!

I don’t like to leave a bad review as I don’t think people go out of their way to give bad service.
However, my order came wrong, when I questioned it I got told there would be an extra charge….id been clear what i’d ordered and prepared to pay but they weren’t listening. It all got awkward and so I said id take what they’d made as it was clearly a problem, the drinks were warm not hot and only 1/3 full. I questioned this and got one of the drinks topped up to 1/2 cup but they clearly weren’t happy. The chairs were filthy with dirty tissues and food down the sides. The floor was dirty and no one overseeing the seating area re cleanliness . Our visit was just after 9am so there’s no excuse for the mess. The customer service was shocking and I would need to be desperate to return!

It’s a standard Pret. Service was ok, functional. The tables and floor could do with a clean.

I sometimes go to this Pret as it’s the only coffee shop within walking distance during my lunch break. Unfortunately the coffee here is pretty bad compared to the other Prets. It is often weak and they burn the oatmilk. As such a high number of staff are making consistently bad coffee it suggests a management / training issue.
