Staff over charged me and lied about it when I questioned them. Management can check 13/05/26 1040am. I ordered a bacon bun, small latte (in a take away cup) and a plain croissant. The till person went to give me an almond one, I corrected them and said it was a plain one. I then said the charge should be less as the plain croissant is cheaper. I said no it’s the same price. I paid and sat down as my daughter was feeling unwell. I did the maths in my head and believe they over charged and knew they had. My daughter didn’t want to make a fuss (teenagers) and feeling unwell she just wanted to leave. Very disappointing behaviour from staff. Open to management telling me I’m incorrect and happy to apologise.

I recently visited Pret A Manger and would like to share my experience.

One employee kindly offered me a complimentary drink, which I appreciated. The beverage was good. However, the initial service felt unfriendly and somewhat forced, and the manager’s attitude was not very welcoming. In addition, I did not find the food quality to be as good as expected.

I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience. Thank you nevertheless.

All the staff here are friendly and quick, and this branch is usually very clean and tidy. Today Megan made this lovely cup of oat latte, and I think that deserves a thunbs up. Many thanks!
