The food was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is located on a little street very close to the shopping mall. We came here with our family and quite a large group, and we were pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it looks like a small place, but it’s actually very spacious, with seating both downstairs and upstairs.

The portions are very generous, and considering the quality and size of the portions, the prices are really good. Everything we ordered was incredibly tasty — honestly, very, very delicious! 😍

The drinks are also served in large glasses, which was a nice bonus.

We had a great experience and will definitely come back the next time we’re in Oxford. Highly recommended with complete confidence!

Just a short walk from Christ Church in Oxford, our group of five was simply looking for a quick Chinese meal. We didn’t expect to find such authentic and delicious Yunnan rice noodles! Honestly, they were even better than many places I’ve tried in Shanghai. The food was so good that we completely forgot to take any photos 😂.

The boss was kind and welcoming too—see the photo for proof, lol….😁

This was actually our fourth visit to this restaurant, so we are not first-time customers making a hasty judgement. However, this experience was by far the worst and completely inexcusable.
We were seated next to a table surrounded by flies, which was immediately unhygienic and off-putting. When we politely requested to be moved, our request was completely ignored, despite having only just ordered. Instead of resolving the issue, staff relocated us to a seat directly beside the toilet and the stairs, which made the situation significantly worse. What is most infuriating is that there was a vacant table available the entire time, yet we were never informed or offered the option to move there.
There was a constant stream of people going in and out right beside our table. The toilet smell was revolting. On top of this, flies were continuously swarming from the toilet area without ever stopping, with staff making no attempt whatsoever to address the situation.
No one should ever have to dine in these conditions.
This level of hygiene and customer service is absolutely disgraceful. We will never be returning. I strongly urge management to take immediate action on these serious hygiene violations, not just for the comfort, but for the health and safety of all guests

First time trying Yunnan “Crossing the Bridge” rice noodles and I was genuinely impressed.
The soup base is rich and aromatic — you can really taste the long simmering. The set comes with many toppings and the flavours come together beautifully.
Great value for money: the most expensive set is under £13, portions are generous, and rice noodles can be topped up for free. Even with side dishes, we spent under £30 per person.
Delicious, filling, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
