Visited at lunch time with my autistic son, place was dirty floor not sweptand rubbish on all the tables.had to ask someone clean table, which he did with a quick wipe but not rubbish under table. Autistic child very upset.something needs to be done ,or ill get health and safety involved

I walked into KFC, for starters all the tables where messy with oil and food, second staff in the back where joking around not doing there job, but all of this doesn't matter to me, the thing that matted to me was hair on my chicken. Absolutely disgusting 🤮.

This used to be my favourite fast food chain in the '90s and 2000s but in the last few years KFC has dropped considerably in chicken sizes, quality and taste. It is no longer the number one chicken chain. Different restaurants have different consistency but the two KFC restaurants in Oxford are pitiful. If you order online you will receive cold chips and chicken sizes that are so small you can fit them all onto your hand if you get the mighty bucket which certainly isn't mighty at all! The cost is not up to par with the quality they should not be charging you no more than £6 for a mighty bucket meal if they're going to serve you these small pieces of chicken.

Ordered food - fries arrived cold and they send spicy wraps instead normal one kids couldn’t eat it.
Plus order sharing box , the chicken wasn’t cooked and greasy oil around bone.
Disappointed, won’t recommend and raised complaint with manger and outcome :
The temperature records at the restaurant show that the sample checks from that day reached the right temperatures to cook the chicken thoroughly to ensure it’s safe to eat. All the records for this day are logged correctly and accurately.

Ordered 20 wings that were actually fresh for once. I saw they had Krushems on the menu again and boy was I disappointed. Had to wait an extra 2 minutes for a minuscule and tasteless drink which I couldn’t even suck through the straw as it was so thin. This made my son cry. Could do with regular cleaning
