Hello,

I would like to make a complaint about my recent order. I ordered one pizza for collection around 30 minutes before arriving at the restaurant. However, when I came to collect it, I was told that the pizza had not even been made yet.

This was very disappointing because I placed the order in advance specifically to avoid waiting. I feel my time was not respected, and the service did not meet expectations.

I would appreciate an explanation and hope this issue can be improved for future customers.

Very disappointing experience. I waited around 30 minutes for my biryani, only to receive food that was clearly not cooked properly. The chicken was undercooked and had a rotten smell, which is completely unacceptable

I got scammed out of £20. First we ordered a buy one get one free deal for delivery and one of the pizzas delivered was wrong. We were told that we couldn't get a replacement and that "the pizza you got is actually more expensive than the one you ordered". I still wanted my order so I spent an extra £20 on another Large Pepperoni Feast pizza for delivery. I waited for over an hour and then when I called up to ask where it was I was informed that my order had been cancelled (without telling me) due to a technical error because an order number was not generated. I was told to go onto the website and contact them to get a refund for my order (reference number: ce2e8770-c6eb-4f24-801e-2b9a7da1cc74). I even recorded the phone call as evidence of this happening. I have since contacted them 3 times and not received any response or refund so I have currently been scammed out of £20. It is a shame because I would have given this place 5 stars based on my experience when collecting a pizza but never ever order from delivery.

I have been coming here for almost 15yrs. I have been reading the bad reviews and haven’t had any bad experiences yet. I have had very good pizzas and good service so far. And they do a good deal every Monday and Tuesday, 2 for £12. I would highly recommend their Lamb balti which you can order with extra lamb. And the tarka dhall is 10/10. Thank you for everything.
