I ordered a coffee which comes should come with a free cookie after 2pm. As it was one of the hottest days of the year, I asked for it iced instead, they said that’s okay but I can’t have the cookie as it’s only for ‘hot drinks’ 😂 For £4.10 !
Presumably they all get chucked out at the end of shift anyway and they’re only the size of 2 Maryland cookies so it would have been no harm to allow me to have one but they insisted. All without even a hello or a smile and a bang average coffee anyway.
