Constructive criticism maybe to increase customers in. Slightly change decor from being so clinical, maybe put condiments on the table with knifes forks and napkins with menus on the tables so customers can browse and choose rather than stand in a queue waiting to put your order in
Hands down the best panini I've had, and I've tired many from all over!!
Also, their latte and salted carmel shake is divine!
Food was excellent, coffee another dimension, service and atmosphere lovely.
