Avoid this place! It was my first time visiting Punjab Sweets, and it will absolutely be my last.
We ordered a Pav Bhaji (worst ever), and they served it with brown bun without saying a single word. They DIDN'T WARN us they had run out of white pav; they just casually tried to swap ingredients, hoping we wouldn’t notice. OK, its fine and we accepted the food but why not inform the customer earlier and why cheat ??????????? This change should have been informed and confirmed while taking the order itself. That's the basic service !!!!!!
When I went to the receptionist to check if this was normal, she was incredibly rude and aggressively snapped at me instead of acknowledging. Then, a server came over and she started loudly arguing with us with zero professionalism. The sheer arrogance and lack of manners from the staff was shocking.
Zero customer service. They are dishonest, they cheat their menu ingredients, and they treat paying customers terribly when called out. Do not waste your money here unless you want to be lied to and shouted at. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior.
