I ordered KFC for delivery, and I had a great experience. Everything arrived fresh, hot, and well packed. Nothing was missing from my order, and every item was exactly as expected. The food was delicious, and the delivery was quick and smooth. I’m very happy with the service and will definitely order again. Highly recommended!

Ordered £50+ food on kfc app delivery expected in 30-40 min. KFC is 2 min drive from my house and how they managed to be 30 min later than the time they said. To top it up food was cold two drinks from kids meal missing and all they said was we will refund your drinks, but can’t do anything about the cold food

"Honestly, this is getting ridiculous. Every single time I order from them, they get it wrong. I keep telling myself, 'maybe this time they won't mess up,' and I always let it slide. But today was the last straw. I ordered two meals that clearly come with a drink and fries. When I got home, there were no fries. I drove all the way back, and they actually had the nerve to tell me, 'You didn’t ask for fries'—even though it's literally part of the meal deal! Then she told me I had to pay a 98 or 99-cent difference. Seriously, the service here is absolutely terrible, terrible, terrible.
