This was my go-to during a busy revision period, and it never disappointed! I was shocked to see that it only has four stars! It is nearly always bustling, and has a lively atmosphere. It would be nice for there to be a way to get water cups without queuing for a long time, but other than that, a top-tier Nando's.

Had a brilliant experience at this Nando’s today. Our waiter Ankiel was genuinely outstanding — he brought over our plates, cutlery and sauces with joy and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay with our food. Really friendly, attentive and made the whole visit feel relaxed and looked after. Great service like this makes such a difference. Thank you!

Staff was very rude when our order was wrong. I do not like QR codes for ordering and this is the third time I have had issues with Nando’s and the QR code. The Wi-Fi was over loaded and the cell signal is terrible. I said I would prefer ordering with a person at the front desk and was told no. I had to reorder twice because it kept shutting down and the end order came out incorrect. Staff refused to resolve the issue and I didn’t have to time to argue.

The food very very good, as always. So props to the kitchen!

We ate at Nando's for the first time and was surprised at just how good the food and whole experience was.

You can order via a QR code at the table or (like we did) go up to the counter.

The menu is packed with choice, combinations, sharing platters and offers.

We chose the sharing platter which came with either 2 large or 4 regular sides. You can pick the 🌶 level and we went for half hot and half medium.

You have to get your own cutlery and plates (non-disposable✅) and water (free).

The food was delicious. The chili heat level was just right and the sides were WOW! Usually the mains outshines the sides but not at Nando's; all the food was lovely.

The staff were excellent, helpful and professional.

Cost: below £30. Will definitely return again.

This was not a great experience. We went in here for lunch on a weekend, and we ordered some wine through the website and paid for this. The waiter came over and told us that the wine wasn’t available and offered an alternative, which we accepted. However, after the new wine arrived it transpired that we’d been given a wine that was cheaper than the wine we’d paid for. We told the waiter, who initially seemed reluctant to give us a refund on this, and instead suggested we use the “credit” as it were towards another item. When we said we just wanted a refund, the waiter went to get a manager.

When the manager came over, I felt they were immediately confrontational, argumentative and in our face over something that was a minor issue, which was totally not needed. The manager eventually refunded the money, but the experience was dreadful.

The table next to us even remarked to us about how they felt the manager had been unnecessarily rude.

I definitely would not come back here, and I’m intending to complain.

The only plus was that the chicken was nicely cooked.
