I completely understand that it was close to closing time, but it was only around 10:30 pm and we were simply trying to decide what to order. Unfortunately, both staff members (boy and girl) seemed very impatient with us. There were smirks, eye-rolling, and one of them even slammed the display cover shut quite loudly while we were still looking at the flavours. What makes this even more disappointing is that I’ve visited before and had a lovely experience. The staff member, the lovely girl, who served me previously was friendly and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I came back and recommended the place to my friends. I genuinely love the ice cream here and it’s one of my favourite ice cream shops, so I’m really sad that we were treated this way. My friends were quite upset by the experience too. Great ice cream, but unfortunately the customer service completely ruined the visit. We won’t be coming back :)
Ice creams are amazing 😍 and I really enjoyed the hot brownie with salted caramel ice cream 😋.
Customer service is friendly and the atmosphere was warm and cosy, so lovely place to hang out with friends. I'd definitely recommend and will be going again.
